I have a sport (80th) with a rubi suspension. I'm looking at the Fuel Shock, 17X9, but unsure of which offset to get. I don't want much poke, would prefer flush. Suggestions?

Any positive offset and youll be happy. I run +1 and it gives a nice " stance" without looking wild.

Here is my sport with 20x9 +1 and 35x12.5 tires. What size tires are you thinking of going with?

I really just want 33's so probably 285/70. I like this package. This is a jk, but that's the same size tire as a stock jl rubicon.

The 285/70 is approximately 1.3 inches narrower than the 35x12.5 I am running. I’ll take some measurements to find out how much the 285/70 will stick out.

Edit: I took a measurement and they stick out 2.5 inches from the fender. I would think that your set up would stick out approximately 2 inches with a 17x9+1.
