Great video I’m glad you got a new rig. I am gonna order a 2023 on June 15. I just have to be patient. I’m rocking a new C class for now and will ditch it when the Jeep arrives. How did that accident happen?

Yeah but there’s no order guide. There is a new June 2022 order guide. It’s really a mess.

Yeah worst case scenario I’ll look into a club. Initially was trying to avoid a formal club but it may be my only option.

Hey @alksion I have a few friends I usually call before hitting a trail. Everyone is mostly busy with life and family and such so it is difficult to ask them to stick to a monthly schedule. Some of them have very demanding jobs so scheduling is a bit tricky, but they're awesome people.

The best thing is to meet people and have more than 1 group. Then call them all when planning a trip. Sometimes some can make it and others can't but I can always find at least one person. For easy trails like Rowher that works fine. We are planning a trip to Miller sometimes fun. Miller is a really fun trail let me know if you want to tag along.

Also planning a Big Bear trip, with camping involved in a month or so. We would be doing Gold Mountain for sure and maybe try other trails.

I was wheeling about twice monthly before my daughter was born. Now it is a bit more sporadic. We are doing an easy Rowher run this Wednesday morning if you want to tag along.

My first trip with a Facebook group went through Apple Valley to Rattlesnake Canyon to Big Bear. It was fun but... there was a solid 40-50 jeeps. Left the house at 6am returned around 11pm. Holy hell it was painfully slow.

I'm not into beating the hell out of a $75K jeep. Rocks - sure. Boulders - nope.

A great place to off-road between Palmdale and Death Valley is Last Chance Canyon (Red Rock Canyon State Park). Keep us posted on your plans. My son and I would love to join you.

Just south of the border in Ensenada Baja Mx for any adventurous offroaders... mostly offroading and have access to some amazing coastal trails.

I do come north amd attended the Niagara Rim Poker Run Last weekend (pics attached) which was fun. Will be attending the Panamint Valley Days in November too.
