Thanks for the Info. dont plan on towing it behind a RV, but would probably be good as well for the recovery aspect of the bumper as well.

The tie in brackets are optional but recommended for towing and recovery. Especially if you see yourself in recovery situations that might input a lot of stress into the front frame face plates that the bumpers mount too.

The tie in brackets are optional but recommended for towing and recovery. Especially if you see yourself in recovery situations that might input a lot of stress into the front frame face plates that the bumpers mount too.
Now you tell me... I just finished installing my bumpers. How much do I have to take back apart if I want to add these?

You don't have to remove the bumper at all, just a couple bolts on each side. Really easy! If you have our front skid plate installed, you might have to remove it..
