LOD Destroyer Bumper Hitch

I've had this bumper about a year and only tried to install a trailer hitch recently. It looks like the hole for the pin is vertical and not horizontal. All the trailer hitches I've ever seen had a horizontal pin. Am I missing something or was this welded in the wrong orientation?

The picture on LOD's website shows the holes in the proper orientation. I think someone was stoned that day...

Hey LOD, I did actually send a message through your website a few days ago when I noticed the issue. I didn't hear back, but I wanted to check if there was some other type of hitch the bumper was designed. It sounds like it was a mistake when being welded.

I just wanted to update this thread. LOD is taking care of me on this.

Mistakes happen, but working with companies that have good customer service to fall back on makes all the difference!
