We're taking a family road trip to North and South Dakota in June. Will be near Theodore Roosevelt National Park for 2 days and then the Black Hills area for 3-4 days. Finding information on trails in the area seems to be harder than I thought. Anyone recommend any trails that are scenic but not...
I know, I pay extra every month anyway but it was still something I was unaware of until I was there. I don't know if it's a requirement or just something they do. A friend of mine, also in IL, bought an F-350 from WI and the dealer did the same thing. He got a check in the mail a couple weeks...
Everyone is different. My 2019 F-150 has softer wider seats than our JLUR with leather but for long trips I find the Jeep seats to be more comfortable. I do wish they could be lowered a little bit more though. They are noticeably higher than the JKU we have before.

I ordered these a month ago for my 21. Work as they should. It looks like maybe they switched sometime in the 2020 model year according to the part numbers on here. They list one for 18-20 and...
I'm in Illinois and drove home on temp plates from Gupton. When I got the paperwork needed to register in IL 2 weeks later I went to the currency exchange and switched my old plates over and paid the sales tax that was due. That sucks about the temp tags in MA, sounds like a pain in the ass...
I would be very surprised if this was ever offered on a trim other than Rubicon. The option would cost quite a bit more as well. Not only would it add what's listed here but would also have to add front and rear lockers which the Rubicon already has. Plus you would going from a Dana 30 to the HD...
No lift at all and zero rubbing on the street. I have not flexed it out yet but I suspect it will make some contact, especially on the plastic cover at the rear bumper. I'll do a Dynatrac 2" lift in the future but will keep it like this for the time being. Wheels are 17x8.5 with +10 offset (5.2...
Us Jeep owners should be grateful that Ford brought back the Bronco. It puts pressure on Jeep to stay innovative. If the Bronco were available to the masses this summer I would be on the fence. I think they've done a good job with it. That being said I just traded a 2016 JKU for a 2021 Rubicon...
Has anybody run these yet? They're $299 on Tire Rack. What has me interested is Goodyear has them listed at weighing only 50 lbs. They're also only 35 psi max which I thought was odd. I'm leaning towards Ridge Grapplers because they've been great for me in the past but at 71 lbs, that's a huge...
I picked up a new JLUR 2.0 on Saturday in TN and drove back to IL. I was 90+% highway at 70-75 mph with a few slow downs here and there and a couple bathroom breaks. About 450 miles total, averaged 21.5 per the computer. It was over 22 mpg early on but once I got north of Louisville and out in...
It was added to the dealer order guides some time in May and is on the June order guide. There's a thread with the guides pinned in this section. It's a $95 option. I'm glad I didn't order it.
Gorilla Glass and dual door group have been causing delays. I just picked up my JLUR on Saturday. I ordered 2.0, 8.4 Alpine, LED, Tow/Aux switches, dual top, cold weather, proximity. Ordered 5/18, arrived at dealer on 6/3.
FWIW the ESS on the 2.0 non e-torque is still much faster and smoother than on my 3.5 Ecoboost F-150. That button also gets pushed every time I start it.
I almost always turn off ESS when I fire up the engine. Seems like the main benefit of e-torque is to make ESS smoother. For me it's unnecessary parts on the vehicle. I ordered my '21 with the 2.0 non e-torque. It gets a little better mpg and feels a bit peppier around town. I also didn't want...
