Next up on my list was a locking fuel door. This took about 10 mns and was way easier than I anticipated. Basically, remove the rear tail light, then pushed out the housing which is held in by a couple tabs. Lastly, just reverse the process and push in the locking replacement. Easy!! For me I bought the Mopar fuel cap with built in lock and it can be keyed to your key fob key. Keying it was very technical but theres video on it and actually easy or you can pay a locksmith to do the keying.

For me I bought the Mopar fuel cap with built in lock and it can be keyed to your key fob key. Keying it was very technical but theres video on it and actually easy or you can pay a locksmith to do the keying.
Same here and highly recommend if you don't like carrying around extra keys. Otherwise, the fuel cap door lock is a decent alternative for sure.

I usually hate videos and prefer printed instructions. This is an exception. The video demonstrates the process of elimination to find correct pieces. I made note of the pin numbers for any future needs. Maybe short of another Mopar locking gas cap I won't need the information though.
