Is it worth it? I have a dog that sheds and get caught in the rain more often than I’d like to admit. What solution have y’all found with the carpeted tub cover? Is Bedtread worth looking into?

Thanks!

not sure on the bed rug, etc. however, line x, rhino liner are done by a authorize shop. if you want to go in that direction, i would look at hurculiner. its a do it yourself product. you can find in auto stores, etc. i havent used it but know other have used it and was happy with it.

I have a 65lb Goldendoodle that doesn’t shed at all, literally, so no issues on the front.

However, I called a shop locally that has a great reputation and inquired about getting the entire interior of the Jeep sprayed (the floors) meaning rip up all the carpets and without me doing most of the prep work it was going to be expensive.

They wouldn’t give me a price obviously over the phone though, they just said it would be a lot of prep work, so I took that as expensive lol

I wanted to do it so I wouldn’t have to worry about drying out the carpets when they get soaked.. Why they put carpets in jeeps I’ll never understand lol

I have German Shepherds, 3 of the Darlings, and they do shed. I had the BedTred ( heavy molded to fit rubber type) in my JK, and really liked it, hair just blows out..
BedTred available for the JL 4 and 2 door now, easy to install, replaces that Idiot carpet..

My local Line X quoted me approximately $5k to line the inside. Everything had to be removed including the passenger seat. I still think I'd go with bedtred, because if I'm going to pay someone 5 grand, I better not be lifting a finger. Just my 2 cents:like:

Can you post some pics sometime? I'm really leaning that way. I've heard such great things about bedtred when I had my TJ. Thanks:like:

I was quoted $1,500 to do the interior. That includes removing seats and all.

From LineX? That's a huge difference in price from my quote. And they are removing everything. That's awesome. If you decide to get it, post some pics:like:

Yeah I called both Line-x around Nashville and was quoted $1500-1700. Is that more in line with most people hear, or is this a deal? It definitely included all prep work and removal of seats

That seems like a huge difference. I'm beginning to wonder if they thought I wanted the entire Jeep LineX (exterior)? I'll call my local shop and inquire about the interior and get back with you.

Just heard from my local Line X. Yes, it was a misunderstanding lol. The interior starts at $500 for a 2 door. That 5k was for a complete interior and exterior coating with custom color:like:

What does that $500 cover ? Do they remove seats, prep, and spray ? That price for the 2 door interior compares with the BedTred, and I prefer the Linex, no water entrapment

Sorry I didn't see this until now. It's my understanding that it includes everything. I could be wrong. But I would already have the back seat out. And yes, I would prefer LineX. Super easy clean up versus others.
