Lighting mount behind bumper

Anyone know of a company that manufactures a replacement/light mount for this plastic trim piece between the bumper and the grill on a JL?

Looking to mount two of these cubes from Whelen.

I already have a 20", 34k lumen bar from Whelen on the hood. Just looking to add some floods, just because I already have them and just because I can.
