I have a light bar mounted under the front bumper bull bar. It hasn't been turned on for a while. Yesterday I drove 4 hours on highway and when back I found lots of cracks on the light lens/glasses. What's interesting, the light's glass appears fractured internally, but the exterior remains intact and smooth to the touch. Any idea what could cause this?

Not trying to slight you......but is the bar a cheap-o from Amazon or a fairly expensive one?

If it's a cheap-o, I'd say that it's what you get. If it's a quality light bar, then there's (obviously) an issue. Contact the manufacturer? I've never had to deal with this before

Thanks for your response! It's not from a big manufacturer but also not a very cheap one. I already contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement. I guess I'm trying to understand what could cause this.

From my research, it seems it could be the vibration and quality issues of the glass. Another reason to buy from big manufacturers :)
