I have a bumper mounted lightbar (see picture). It’s a Baja Designs. A replacement lens is actually pretty reasonable but the mounting/unmounting of the bar is a PITA without removing the bumper.
They offer a lens cover but I’m not sure it will fit through the cutout.
I was thinking of using clear Plasti Dip as a protectant. I remember having a bike with a huge front headlight and I got a thick plastic sheet that was cut to shape for the purpose of protecting it from rock chips.
Any advice on whether clear Plasti Dip would work against rock chips, or if there is a better solution?
Thanks.
