Leaking coolant from radiator bleeder

Has anyone seen this? I have a 2020 with 600 miles on it and this valve is leaking coolant from it. I tried turning the valve to tighten it but dont want to break it or leave plier marks since Im probably going to take it in under warranty.

Mine does the exact opposite, turn it to drain and no fluid would come out. Sort of defeats the purpose of the petcock, doesn't it?
