Is the knocking rotational, and occurs continuously when the vehicle is moving at low speed? If so, then you might want to get your u-joints and axles checked.I have the same issue of knocking sound from the engine bay..Its a clunk sounds from the passenger side during acceleration and decelerations at low speed and when starting after complete stop and on making turns during acceleration after complete stop. Took it to the dealer..tech recommended front shock replacement which was not in the warranty... got it done! After few days it still had that clunk noise .. back to the dealer and tech recommended Brake rotar cleaning and got it done ..it didn’t work tho .. still can hear that clunk which is driving me insane. I started living with it just like the pandemic..
Would appreciate any help on this.

If it's just a single clunk whenever the vehicle accelerates and decelerates, then there might be something loose, or binding of some sort. Give your front springs a quick check, and make sure they're not rubbing against anything, including the mounts and where they come near the sway bar joints. Sometimes improperly installed springs will bow, and come into contact with other components. However, this might be unlikely since your dealer should have noticed when replacing the shocks. See attached photo for reference.
If you can upload a video of it happening, that'll help.
