One of the replacement units started developing burn mark on the heating element after about 2 hours of runtime. The passenger side is affected, but the driver side is fine for now.

Just got the replacements installed and have about 30 minutes of runtime on them with the defrosters on, and haven't noticed any defects yet. I'll keep an eye out and see if anything goes wrong. Cross your fingers.
