Key fob issue

have a 2020 JL altitude and one of my keyfobs is not working. When I hit the unlock, it locks the jeep. If I hit the lock, panic button or the remote start, nothing happens. I have replaced the battery with no luck. The proximity does work because I can start my jeep. Any ideas?

Any ideas?

Have the batteries (main and aux) in the vehicle load tested. If they are original and have yet to be replaced, you are long overdue.

I’m am not sure about that batteries but will check that out. My other key fob works just fine so not sure it’s the batteries but thank you for your input.
