Undetermined, a scan tool doesn’t diagnose problems. You’ll need to remove the left temperature door actuator and test the sweep range of the door itself, then replace the actuator if the box is acceptably free of binding issues. If you disassemble the old actuator, you’ll likely find a broken gear or shaft.

Hi
Removed left and right motor and installed new one.
Same result.
with front vent I have hot air in both side.
Mixed mode (front-foot) have hot on the right, cold on the left until I set full HI temp.
Think I had to recalibrate the HVAc but dont know how.

You do have to calibrate the HVAC actuators range. You probably need a software reflash.

solved.
Had the left temp sensor ( one of the two behind the radio panel) reading higher temp.
Removed and re-soldered. now is ok, but still waiting for a new one.
Second issue: when in mixed mode (front-foot) I had 95% of the air came in foot.
swapped the right actuator with a new one, but the position was about 10° off.
Haven't the possibility to calibrate the actuator, so I opened it and add a resistor to modify the position.
Now is fully working.
