HVAC update?

Just dropped my JLU Rubicon off for the cruise control recall (and windshield whistle and speaker Charlie Brown rattle). The tech also mentioned an HVAC update. 18-034 is what he told me, but it seems I'm short 2 digits based on other bulletins. He said it was the first he has seen and doesn't know what it is.

Maybe it will stop the hot air dumping into the passenger footwell intermittently.
