I recently noticed that it seems like two plastic pieces are missing off my 2018 JLURs roll bar in the back on either side. I was wondering if someone else could confirm and provide pictures and potentially part numbers of these parts if in fact they are present on your JL. I'm not sure why they are missing since I don't have anything installed there...

Those have to come off for the soft top brackets. Where is your other bracket (2nd pic)?

You have one soft top bracket installed (driver side) and not the other. If no bracket then you should have two plastic fascia/shroud trim covers.

I have the factory 3 piece hard-top so I don't know how I got the soft top bracket? Looks like I'm missing the two plastic fascia trim covers. Are there two plastic covers per side so I'd essentially be missing a total of 4? I wonder how I could find those part numbers so I could order them. Seems very strange...

It almost seems like they started to put on the soft top pieces but then stopped and didn't correct it. I wonder if I can call my dealer and ask them to order these parts for me since they know I didn't order a dual-top or soft-top

100% they should fit it for you, easy fix anyways they just need the trim pieces

Definitely too bad it takes weeks to get a call in to the Service dept. at my dealership. Every time I get a real person on the phone, I feel like I won the lottery...

I would call the parts dept first, figure out what the part numbers are beforehand, then just walk in, get a service advisor to come look at it and order the parts.

I know its unconventional but if you push and insist there's really no reason they need an appt to keep the Jeep and "diagnose" anything, its pretty clear they just need to order the parts and then they can either give them to you if they'll agree or schedule an appointment to put them in immediately when you order them so you're at least in the books

I took mine off. I have a dual top group and don’t intend on removing the brackets now that they are on. I’d sell them for cheap if you want them. PM me if interested. Also, was this a purchase off the lot or a factory order? If a lot purchase, my question to the dealer would be where is the softtop? If no softtop, then why do I have one bracket installed and why am I missing the trim covers? Their parts guys are sloppy.

I usually just email the service department manager...that works for me at my dealership.
