Got the same problem every once in a while. Talked to a dealer - they have no clue...
Is this concern still present, ltivarovsky? If so, we would be happy to discuss further. Please send a private message with more details.

Hi, Kate. Yes, it does concern me. The warranty on my Jeep is about to expired. And after having a brief conversation with my local dealer I realized how clueless there are. This issues has been documented multiple times on this form so I believe Jeep engineers are aware of the problem and possible solution. Thanks, Leonid.

Sorry to hear this! Although we cannot guarantee any certain outcome here, we can definitely look into things further. Send our team a private message with more details on your dealers diagnosis.

I have this problem, wanted to know if anyone actually fixed this by pushing down on the fuses or did it continue for them. There are several threads similar to this but no one actually says they resolved the problem. Did anyone?

Mine has never been fixed. Still happens once in awhile. I guess I have to live with this issue.

So I dropped my Jeep off for this concern and a couple others all doing with the center cluster(says clutch to start, mileage disappears, diff lock light come on when not equipped). So the lead tech stated he spoke with the Mopar field tech and said to reflash the car with a reflash that is does not call for in the tech bulletins. He stated that there was an issue with the programing having an old part number for the instrument cluster and not the one that was in the truck. See attached to decipher mopar warranty speak on the work orders. Hope this helps you. I will see if the coming weeks the problems are gone. 24 hours so far and ok.

This is concerning. Your issue is bad enough, but what happens if the next time you start it the mileage shows up but says 240,000 instead of 24,000

I've always wondered if there is some sort of backup for the odometer on these electronic ones.
