JLU Taillight plastic cover replacement - passenger side

Help! I have a JLU Sport S with the blind spot detection. I backed into my garbage can this weekend and it broke the red plastic cover right off my passenger side taillight. The replacement is sooooo expenseive. Can't I just buy the plastic cover? Everything else about the light is fine even the sensor. I hit it just right to crack the side of the cover and it fell off.

The plastic is not available separately.

Replace with a cheaper non-blind spot but still led tail light and swap over the sensor/bracket and harness. Just three screws on the back to remove main mounting bracket, two to remove the side cover, remove radar/bracket assembly, unplug the harness, move everything to new light (including harness).
