Plastic Harness Cover - Rear Passenger Door

Hi folks,

Does anyone know where I can find the wire harness cover for the rear passenger door? It's the plastic cover that you have to remove when disconnecting the doors wire harness to remove the doors. I am struggling to find it anywhere online. Any help would be much appreciated!

I’ve been needing one of these as well but haven’t purchased yet. Here’s what I had found. Looks like you may have to purchase the whole trim piece to get the cover.
