Of course No problem you would think jeep would wake up and put a dam hood lock in 2022? best of luck man watch out for them battery theifs why I had to lock mine somehow.
Thanks!

I just did a bit of online searching, and I did find that the 'Bolt' brand hood lock does in fact use the standard Jeep key fob metal blade key, not the extra-long versions that yours uses. That doesn't help you, I know, but it was good to find out anyway (I'd been confused, and thought that your hood lock was the Bolt one).

I do want to put a hood lock on my Jeep, I just didn't want to have to add another key to the ring for it.

Looks sharp! The black hinge covers really look good. Did the same for my 2020 white willys.
I did the same with my WILLYS .. I like the look with black hinge covers.. I recently added black key hole covers too to get rid of the last bit of silver..

Just ask @cosine he knows!

They haven't had a hood lock forever so I guess it's a Jeep thing :( At least your lock is probably better than my latch locks, I just leave them unlocked since they're pretty easy to pry up, I'd rather just use them for looks (maybe a lame thief will assume they are tough to unlock and keep walking) and if they really want something maybe they won't jack my hood now trying to get them unhooked :headbang:

Does anyone know where black hinge covers for the Mojave can be found? The Mojave hood hinge is a bit bigger than anything other than the 392 hinge (which is the same)

TIA

Mopar 2 inch lift kit would fit well with all of that, doesn't hurt the wallet too bad either and driving stays sufficient https://store.mopar.com/oem-parts/m...-fox-shocks-aluminum-body-monotube-77072395af and make sure you keep the necessary sockets in the vehicle to manually disconnect the sway bar if you want to offroad it (I think its a 16mm or 18mm can't quite remember + you'll need a second wrench to hold the bolt on the other side)

Definitely cannot wait to get it lifted will most definitely do that lift thanks for the wrench sizes also does it drive the same I'm afraid of lifting it and having it ruin the ride quality.

Drove it home stock, that is about it, so I cannot say anything there. It drives just fine on the highway since it is not too high of a lift. I've got about 60k miles on it and I have driven in every type of weather condition, and for a lifted jeep I would say it handles well. From what I understand, that Mopar lift kit is tailored towards people who do not want to sacrifice road handling as much as some other more dedicated offroad lift kits would.
