I was looking for Best top floor mats which I really liked in my TJ but I guess they're not making them for the JL. I came across a few others that got my attention. AllGood and Alien. Anyone try either of these?

Which floor mats are you using?

3W liner is much nicer than my weather tech and oem all weather.. I have gotten Weathertech for every vehicle I have owned and like the 3W liners much better..

Husky Liners are my personal go-to; very happy with their floor liners and cargo liners. We've had them in 3 Jeeps so far.

None... but it pays well.

Anything is better than Weather Tech. Rubicon floor mats are sturdier than the thin and flimsy Weather Tech cargo mat that the original owner installed in my Rubicon. I assume the floor mats match the build quality.

WT floor liners are anything but flimsy but YMMV.

@3Wliners doesnt have the 2dr floor mats right now. I really like the oem all weather mats I have. They’re pretty durable so far at 12,090miles. They hold up well to 1800psi washes and all the grit from living in the woods I get on them daily!

Well I assume you know the old saying about assumptions. 🤓
Here’s Weathertech rear, and their floor mats i have used in many of our vehicles. I would give the edge to the 3Wliner mats which are similar in thickness but offer better coverage.

I've had both Weather Tech and currently @3Wliners, I like the 3Wliners best.
I left a review with pictures here: https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...ou-do-to-your-jeep-jl-today.3033/post-3307306

Smart Liner. This brand has the best coverage area everywhere, especially the rear seat area. The edges don't roll over like the WeatherTechs. No chemical smells either. Good thickness and durability. I have had this set since new, 4.5yrs now. Never an issue. Look like new.

I compared them physically with the Mopar (which I do like the topography design) and WeatherTech mats. I wanted the most coverage. The Smartliner has the most coverage, especially the rears. The rears go under the rear seat to cargo area and provide excellent coverage if anything is dropped between or behind the seats. Other brands only cover to front edge of rear seat or just past front edge of rear seat. Like if you have kiddos that like to drop food/drink. It'll all be caught by the liners and not your carpet.

For cargo area I choose this one from Rugged Ridge. Again most coverage and it has full perimeter lip that will catch liquids. WT one and some other have no lip at rear/tailgate area. So you can slide cargo in/out easier, but I wanted coverage. So if you spill liquid it will go on carpet or drain out of jeep. The edges have never rolled over or laid flat. 4.5yrs of use. It does have provisions for cutting access holes for the factory tie down hoops of you want. Those four areas do somewhat of a lip but not as high as the outer edges do. So there would be some liquid protection if needed. I have not cut the access areas. No chemical smells.

I never realized how many manufacturers don't make floor mats for 2 door jeeps, wow!

No floor mats for me. I installed Armorlite flooring back in November and it’s been great so far. The Jeep is also a little quieter with it. Very easy to clean and keep clean.
