Jeep wave vs AAA

Blown rear end— AAA came from Grand Junction Co to middle nowhere Utah down many miles of dirt roads in a very timely manner and accepted both a premier and standard cards covering all but a few miles back to Jeep. wanna try that with Jeep Wave and find out what they will do ?…. Yes— I did have to struggle to a dirt road with the front axle and winch, it’s not a recovery card.

That all depends on your location. Around here AAA refuses to respond to anything off pavement. Apparently other places also - seen lots of discussion about this on the internet:

I was an associate on my parent's membership when I received my drivers license at 16. When I struck out with my own membership the years stayed for some reason. Even so, I am a dirty old man.

My wife and I got our son a AAA membership as a Christmas gift this year. Though, truth be told, it was as much a gift for me since I'm the one who gets the call in the middle of the night...

That's why I said "depends on location". I've read that in some areas of the country they will respond on a dirt road. They WILL NOT around here. Maybe it depends on who has the franchise, I don't know. I do know that my wife had a flat tire on her car within a mile of town, on a good, wide, well graded dirt road and AAA told her they would not go off pavement. So we both canceled our AAA subscriptions.
