Is this at all available in Canada?
I'm in Toronto and contacted my dealer yesterday inquiring if this is available to Canadian purchasers. Here is the reply:

"Unfortunately the Jeep Wave Program is only for U.S. purchases. We currently do not have anything similar in Canada."

I registered our 2018 over 4 weeks ago and it still says non owned. Progressive is great for Jeeps. We have both our old Rubicon and New Sport s with them and pay just about nothing.

I'm new to Jeeps and Wranglers, and I saw some mention of the Jeep Wave club and some free oil changes and tire rotations, plus other benefits. Checked out the web page, but haven't gotten that far into it. Is this something that is free for a year or two, then you have to pay to renew, or does it cost from day 1? Anyone with experience able to give me a quick rundown of eligibility or costs? 2018 JLU bought this past Friday if that's relevant.
Thanks, STL
My dealer emailed me the program info next day. I also got a packet in the mail a few weeks later with the coupons. Also got mailed the recovery kit (tow strap, gloves, bag, etc)

So I just registered my vehicle online, and then went to log into the jeep wave page, took me to mopar, and I have a Jeep Wave Enrollment option, but it says year 1 is 150 bucks. Am I missing something?
Had this EXACT question and same situation. I guess I'll just need to wait.

I think it works itself out with time, but I contacted jeep care online chat and after being transferred to about 100 people and then waiting several days for an email fix, it was completed. I think it probably just needs time to complete.

Yayyy! So was on Jeep Chat last night and was talking to a very helpful "Michael" about this. We tried various things and couldn't get my Jeep Wave to show up. Well, I realized that at that point my Jeep hadn't made it to the dealer's lot yet. So we both assumed this was the cause because he said the dealership needed to inspect the vehicle and register it. Well, I log in today and I see my Jeep Wave has successfully appeared in my dashboard! Now two things:

- Either my Jeep has finally arrived at the dealership today
or
- Whatever Michael did last night worked! (and dude was hilarious!)

Either way I'm pretty happy about this :)

@STLYoungblood If yours still isn't updating, definitely contact JeepChat! I think they resolved my issue tbh.

I’m getting the head scratch from multiple Jeep dealers on this. I’ve been told a bunch of different things. Service hasn’t heard of the program, they offer actual rentals but wouldn’t be able to guarantee me a loaner until they see what is available on the day of service, or we’ll give you a ride home or pick you up when your service is complete.
I don’t know about you guys but this was one of the small factors that went in my decision to purchase. I hate dropping off For service and having to coordinate a pick up or have them drop me somewhere.
Jeep/FCA needs to do a better job at holding these dealers accountable for advertised programs such as this. What day you @JeepCares?

I'm in the same boat here of being enrolled in the Jeep Wave program, have received my pamphlet in the mail, but still see nothing when logged in to the MOPAR website. Any end user corrective actions to solve this other than calling the Wave number?

Hello Mickgolf00

Thank you for being one of our proud Jeep owners… I do understand that the Jeep Wave program was a small factor in purchasing your vehicle but please understand that all of our dealer are independently owned and operated; which rentals are subject to availability. If there is ever a situation where the dealer does not have a rental and the vehicle has to stay overnight the plan will reimburse up $35 a day.

Hey Adam0311,

If you'd rather have us escalate your inquiry, send me your VIN within a direct message. I can certainly help with this.

Thanks Lamar,
I called the 800 number and your comments were confirmed. I guess my rub is there is no caveat on the literature that is forwarded and the sales people misrepresent the facts. It makes perfect sense now but I think this needs to be clearer up front.

Hey all, I came across this Dealer FAQ sheet on jeep wave. It’s 2015 but seems consistent with what I’ve read here and gives answers all in one spot. It talks about cost, oil changes, etc. it would be great if someone with dealer access could post the updated version.

I’m new to the forum but have been following since I placed my JLUR order in December. I’m picking up my Jeep today. I did a little research about the Wave Program and called them to confirm. My build sheet from Jeep shows that the dealer ordered it as a fleet car. Therefore, it says N/A by the wave program. When calling the wave program rep he said fleet vehicles are not eligible but generally Wranglers are covered. I am not quite sure why my special order was considered a fleet vehicle but now it is not eligle for the Free Wave Program.
