Your gonna love this one, coming to the electric SRT’s—“Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust “ you can’t make this stuff up. Think I’m putting black tape over the SRT’s on my GC and burning my hat.

Okay... but what about these permutations???

1.) 4-lane road. I'm in my left lane northbound. Another Wrangler is southbound but in their right lane... Wave (Y/N)

2.) 4-lane highway. I'm in the left lane southbound. Another Wrangler passes me in the right lane southbound... as he goes by... Wave (Y/N)

3.) 2-lane road. I'm northbound. Another Wrangler is broken down on the southbound shoulder with a clutch that has caught fire... Wave (Y/N)

4.) You are in front of, or behind another Wrangler both traveling in the same direction... Wave (Y/N)
Help! I need help traveling east/westbound.

“Well over” 71 —Nascar rules for 69 required 500 production ( increased to one for every other dealership in 70) my 69 was engine ser#HP360 (60 something, can’t remember the last #) I remove all sharp objects and pre dial the suicide hot line before watching auctions. Traded it for a Harley when we lost minimum required 100 octane gas. :headbang::facepalm:? Would have made a good retirement plan, except I would Never Sell if IF IF. Not the only one— a 1 of 100 red 54 Corvette just sold for ~$380K— mine was a 1 of 200 blue, sold to a collector in Stuttgart Germany in 89 $23.5K . To add insult to injury— bought an 89 Bronco with the money. Also have Whiskey handy watching auctions. ? Top 2–there were others, first car was a 55 Chevy Nomad, 66 only L79 Nova SS, next 2, 427 Cobra— $3,995, used at John Drew Dodge father wouldn’t co-sign. All but being given away with the Arab Oil Embargo. The only vehicle I have kept all these years is a Jeep- Dad’s 3A ?
I had a hard time reading the entire post...I was getting so depressed. had to have a tumbler of tequila to relax enough to go to sleep last night. if only we all had crystal balls.

Lol I do give Dodge credit though for at least attempting to not make electric completely lame. It sounds like a pissed off mountain lion.

Father’s Jeep passed down, family heirloom to be some day joined by my 392 . Wisdom comes with age. ? ( a friend has his grandfather’s Model A, wisdom came a generation sooner)

It's not the JT buyer's fault that Jeep made it too long and with too many doors, so I still wave at them. Same with the station wranglers.

It’s often not the station Wrangler buyers fault either. A 2dr 392 Tremec or even auto offered and I would not be driving a 4 dr. Diesel for others.

Am secretly dreaming of swapping a LS3 with a T56 (or something to that effect) into my JL, once the 3.6 wears out. But that’s hopefully 200k miles down the road.

Edit: Hopefully my secret is safe on this public forum……..?

I investigated V8 swaps. No smog legal JL swaps, JK 5.7 truck hemi only here in Ca. Fl. ?

So long as the donor motor is same model year or newer, smog legal swaps are still possible from everything I've read. Of course you'll spend 392 money getting there so why not just buy one?

Would have preferred a 2 dr. , investigated options before purchase. This ain’t the old days when I built Chevy powered CJ5. And that was expensive, the only stock (almost) part left was the body. can’t even install a different tube with an air cleaner on the end in Ca unless CARB approved. :facepalm:
