After going through 4 different people... got it fixed...Went to go use my Jeep Wave Owners Program and it tells me I am a non-owner and may take some time to update... I purchased my Jeep in October... how much time do they need? And is this going to affect the free servicing? TIA

I called them and spoke to a real person…. They took care of it over the phone, I refreshed my account and it was updated.@nofd843 - I am having the same problem. I have opened multiple issues with Jeep Wave and it still is not fixed after 5+ weeks. How did you finally get your account fixed?
