Thank you. I took measurements from an actual WWII Jeep top, scaled the numbers to fit the JL’s dimensions, then my daughter and I sewed together some canvas duck to create the replica top.

The extra effort on the top greatly enhances the look- well done!?

For an effort above and beyond I salute you! On a lighter note—I thought about adding “ from an old aircraft mechanic, recip.” But using old and admitting to being a USAF radial engine mechanic would have been quite redundant!

I named mine Snazzy Sam. Snazzy because the color is Snazzberry and Sam because that was my Dad's nickname for me. Now everytime I look at my Jeep I think of my Dad. I wish he was around to see it and ride around with me but I know he sees it from above and he's always with me whenever I go

We call my wife’s (Kim’s) QX80 the Kimfiniti. Since my name is Ron I was thinking my new Jeep could be the RubiRon or the Ronicon. However, we will probably just call it “the Jeep.”
