Jeep JL Back Up Camera Wiring

Hey guys and gals,

Hope everyone’s doing great.

I installed my adjustable spare tire carrier earlier today. But then my back up camera failed to work. I think the damaged wire shown in the pic is the problem. I’m new to jeeps and have basic to no electrical knowledge. Can anyone tell me if there are 2 wires (+ and ~) in this harness so i can just cut and reconnect them properly? Just wanna make sure before i do more damage. Thanks in advance.
