The leaf blower trick really works best if you have properly corrected and sealed paint, otherwise it takes just as long as hand drying and just using compressed air on the nooks/crannies.

My Jeep gets dirtied and pinstriped a lot so I didn’t want to go too crazy with high end, multi year ceramic. I used Adam’s ceramic spray after iron remover, clay and one step. Came out great. I’ll have to reapply after 6 months-1 year but $40 for a big spray bottle and elbow grease is much cheaper than a thousand or more for professionally applied ceramic. That’s more money for stuff that matters like reservoir shocks ?

I’ve used Adam’s stuff for many many years and really like their stuff. It works, a little goes a long way and they have great customer service. The ceramic spray goes on stupid easy, I did the entire Jeep glass paint plastic, everything, in about an hour. The paint prep took a couple hours, I think I was four hours total start to finish. Not bad and it’ll make washing much easier after off roading.
