Anyone have issues activating the Jeep Connect features?
Website/app will not accept username or password. Says to call representative. So far I tried password update, new email, confirmed vin, multiple browsers, app reinstall, etc. Rep escalated it a couple times with no resolution.
Today’s email :
“”Thank you for allowing Jeep Connect an opportunity to address your inquiry. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Unfortunately we have not been able to resolve the issue with your account enrollment setup. Our team are still working to resolve the issue. “”
Been about a month. Am I actually missing anything if I don’t need the WiFi package?
