U connect radio issue

I got my jeep back yesterday after eight weeks and for the first five minutes it sounded great and then again on the way home nothing no bass coming out of my dash or out of the sub and now no sound hardly coming out of the pillar speakers. I immediately called the dealership back and they told me I need to call Chrysler and that is kind of a copout. I don’t know why they just didn’t order an amp and replace that when they did the radio. I will say this is the fourth radio they put in my jeep and for some reason it’s just not working. I paid up for the alpine Soundsystem and this is not it. I took this in for the first time because the front two speakers weren’t putting out any sound and I had no base. The dealership concluded that the two front right speakers the wires had melted and my response was how did that possibly happen because I do not turn my radio past 20 it’s not like I could’ve blown the speakers but we replace the speakers and it still didn’t make a difference so they ordered a new radio which took eight weeks to get and still it isn’t fixed so I am driving a jeep that only seems to play music out of the dash speakers and no bass and I am afraid to turn up the radio because I do not want to blow the speakers they just replaced. I am hoping the customer service gets back with me and they just order an amp which is what we should’ve done in the first place.
