Sorry Brad that apparently nobody agrees with you and you are throwing a tantrum like a two year old. I’m not changing the narrative and I’m not a “bot” . I happen to be an otolaryngologist and thus my name. It has nothing to do with your name .

I have to give a shout out to Jeep Cares.

I have had an issue with the hyper flash turn signal flash on the dashboard ever since I installed the hi rise fenders. This is going on over a year.

The dealer has not been able to identify the issue despite multiple attempts. They finally diagnosed the issue as a bad BCM recently - 2 months ago, or so they think. Of course BCM parts seem to be on perpetual back order.
My dealer tried to get one, so this is not a bash on them. They definitely tried.

While I was waiting for the part to eventually arrive, I emailed Jeep cares directly from this forum. A week later, I have the part at the dealer. Coincidence maybe. But the part is in. Now to get it installed and see if that is actually the problem causing the hyper flash.

Moral of the story, Jeep Cares actually responded And deserve credit. We bash them a lot, but I do believe they actually read the forum. One of the lucky ones I guess. Credit due to my dealership as well.

I also have had good experiences with my Jeep dealership, Jeep Cares , and Uconnect support

That's the Mopar extended warranty is why it's at an independent shop. I can also tell you that it wouldn't matter if it was at a Jeep dealership. The Mopar warranty is a pain in the ass. We had a 2.0 on here and had to completely tear it down, and send them pics of everything before they would replace it. That means if they didn't want to cover it the customer would've had to eat the labor for tear down, and put back together. I am not a fan of the Mopar warranty and that's why we don't offer it here.
