You can move from the factory installed antenna to an aftermarket antenna but doing so only nets you even worse reception.i have a jeep JL and I like to listen to the fm radio on my way to work, I notice than in some areas I get no reception. is there a better antenna that boost reception that can replace the stock one?
It's understood that the stock antenna, whippy thought it may be, provides the best reception. If there was one with comparatively better performance, particularly if it was shorter than the stock fitment, it'd be known to forum membership here. ?is there a better antenna that boost reception that can replace the stock one?
Hey there...so I have also tried several aftermarket antennas and highly reviewed ones yet not a single one was better than the factory one unfortunately. I'm not far from big city stations and surprisingly the factory picks up way more and great reception. I did this on new 2023 rubi and also for my ram truck...both vehicles reception was way worse even with the best rated and several brands I've tested and returned them all and went back to factory.i have a jeep JL and I like to listen to the fm radio on my way to work, I notice than in some areas I get no reception. is there a better antenna that boost reception that can replace the stock one?
