I have dual top and went from G to JB to KZ in matter of 2 days.

I ordered dual tops and have been in JB since 11/4. Spoke with chat yesterday and they said can be in JB for up to 6 weeks. Probably a canned answer....

Ok, Jeep as a company has pi$$ed me off for the last time. Still stuck at JB with no explanation. Questionable build quality and poor customer service just cost you a sale @JeepCares ... So it is back to my sports car roots where BMW has always taken incredible care of me from order to sales to service.

This is a great community, thank you all, it was fun while it lasted.

Has anyone gone into JB with no add-ons? , I only had one in my order the Mopar headliners and went in JB for approximately 2 weeks.

BMW takes care of you? Are you serious? they are trash company.

Yes, I'm serious!!! My 2015 Wrangler had more problems than my previous 5 BMWs put together. If you had a problem with them I'm sorry to hear it. My local dealer is awesome and that is half the battle. Speaking of battle I'm not interested in BMW vs. Jeep. I just wanted to voice my displeasure with Jeep as a company. Can't say I'll never own another Wrangler but they have to get their $hit together first.

Again, I truly hope everyone gets their Jeeps soon!!! Enjoy the trails for me

As of this morning I am still in JB been there since 11/1. I’m not going to get upset, I will wait it out. I ordered because I was not Going to hurry and settle for options didn’t want. I looked for months and couldn’t find one with exactly what I wanted. So here I am patiently waiting on a Jeep built the way I want.....it will be worth the wait! The hold up is probably something I added at the last minute just because it was easier then buying it later.....like that window storage bag, the Hinge gate reinforcement or the all weather floor mats. Everything else on the Jeep is basic...no color match fenders or top

I guess I have more time to decide on my bumpers and steps. I have also got to sell my current Jeep.

Advice to anybody placing a new order - don’t add small things like the cargo tub liner or door sill guards (stick on). Been in JB for a week. Must be quite a backlog going on.

JB is finally done for me! Just called Jeep customer car and it is now in KZ as of 11/24 entered on 11/4. Now just transport to Idaho which looks to be up to 30 days! Good luck to those still waiting.

Congrats! I just got outta JB this morning (went to KZ). Was only a week for me, I truly feel bad for those that took (or are still taking) so long.

My dealer told me to expect 12 weeks from order to delivery. He also said it might be a little longer since I ordered on Oct 1st and production hadn't started yet, Although mine is in transit, 12 weeks is a ways off.
