Is the 4XE font custom?

I’m sure someone here can help me out! Looking to get some custom decals done and curious if the 4XE font is off the shelf or custom for Jeep. I’m not a design expert so I appreciate y’all’s help!

Since PixelDecals is listening, I'd be interested in replacement personalization decals for the "RUBICON" on my vehicle order that has the same blue outline. I ordered Nacho so presuming I'd get blue outline, and transparent/black/white inside. Thanks.
