If you are only down a little bit, you could've always just added distilled water. A few ounces isn't going to throw off your ratio significantly. Also, i believe you need to vacuum purge the air out on our Jeeps if you do a flush. It's not like the old ones with radiator caps. You could burp those without a vacuum.

Jeep was parked overnight. Then I drove it for 5 minutes and 0.5 miles to a level spot. After 15 minutes of turning off the Jeep and hood open, this is what I saw. Looks good?

You are way overthinking this. As long as the overflow doesn't go dry at anytime you are good. You are talking about a few ounces out of 9.9 quarts. Anywhere near that line is fine. It was fine before you added and it's more fine now. It could be even more finer if you bring it up another ounce or 2 😂

Time to check your oil dipstick now

Just a heads up. Your first picture you posted, is where my coolant sits all the time. If I ever top it off, like you did, within a few weeks it will return to the level of your first picture. I am at 100,000 miles and that is where it likes to sit.
Same here in a 21 JLUR 3.6 eTorque @ 28K. It's always around this no matter what I add. Where it goes no one knows. I did have the dealer while still under the 3/36 check it a couple of times for leaks and coolant smell and none found. Never over heats. Just hits that 230 then the turbine kicks in.

Same. My reservoir dropped to that level over time. I added and it dropped over time. No leaks found. Mechanic says there will always be some amount of evaporation over time, but not sure where is evaporating to in a sealed system. Still, it happens in my other jeeps too so i guess its normal. I even did an oil analysis once to see if it was getting in through a head gasket but the oil analysis was fine.

Because that would only replace a small percentage of the total volume of coolant, which means there will be diminishing returns (i.e. less and less "old" coolant removed) each time you do this.

I recently flushed my own coolant. I removed the lower radiator hose to drain as much coolant as possible, then refilled the reservoir with distilled water. I had to do this about 5-6 times until the coolant was coming out clear to be sure as much of the old coolant was removed as possible.

Edit: also, despite what some others as said, the proper way to measure coolant is when the engine is COLD. As long as the coolant is between Min and Max when the engine is COLD, you are good on coolant. The Min/Max lines are irrelevant if the engine is hot (though if it is below the Min line, I would make sure to check it again when the engine is cold just to be safe).
What did you do with all that fluid?
