Look good to me, my level stand little above or under the central line of the reservoir.
As for temperature you are 16 F away from the fan kicking in if you are at a stop.

at 217 this is ok for me but limit. I would love the fan kick in at that temperature but from observation will only kick in at 233....
What if I add a tiny bit of coolant to the reservoir?

OP, I’d add a little to the reservoir and keep an eye on it. Mine cold:

Wow, I'm low. How can I add, remove the cap of the reservoir and then just pour some? Thank you

If you're still under any drivetrain warranty I would use the Mopar brand fluid. Amazon or the dealer price is decent. Get the 50/50 mix. You won't need much. That way dealer has just one less excuse for denying any warranty work.
