Hello from Ontario, Canada eh!

My daughter (12) and I do a tonne of back country canoe camping, so we spec'd out our 2024 Rubicon together and have had awesome adventures together this past summer & fall. Best investment ever (wouldn't trade this time with her for anything). :)

2024 JLU Rubicon in Tuscadero Pearl.
Comfort package (yes, I like my heated seats) lol
Dual top, for the summer. Soft top hangs in the garage most of the year lol
Put a Rhino backbone in to carry her Kayak and my Canoe, and later, possibly a platform for a tent.
Tuktoyaktuk is on the bucket list!

One of the most intense bomb-diffusing-style operations I've ever done was drilling the 12 mounting holes in the new hard top... :whew:

Looking forward to getting to know everyone and sharing adventures!

Hello,

Been lurking on here for a few months since getting my new to me 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport with only 23K miles. Not new to Jeeps just new to the more modern Jeeps. My first car was a new off the lot back in 1980 Jeep J10 Step-side with the Honcho Package (I bought it just before I turned 16). I currently have a 1969 Jeepster Commando that I've owned since 2017 and have brought it to an extremely high level. Recently bought and sold a 1975 Jeep CJ5 that was pretty built up, was planning on driving it instead of the JC but with its modified V8 it was kind of a handful.

After selling the CJ5 I decided I wanted a more modern Jeep Wrangler, and I found this one at Blackstar Offroad in Anaheim. They had already put the lift on it and then we decided on the rims. I knew I wanted the Bestop so they installed it for what it cost them and gave me some credit for the hardtop. Now from April through October I can run with the sides off and still have protection from the sun. You'll see the idea came from my Jeepster Commando.

Anyway I've already learned a lot from the forum and have implemented some of the upgrades I've found here. Looking forward to gaining more knowledge and improving on the JL.

Brice

Hello from Richmond Hill, GA, I’ve been lurking around on here for about 3-4 months and I think I’ve found few JLUs that I’m interested in. I figure it’s time to quit lusting over them as they pass by and join community. Besides going out in trails and mud in a Jeep will definitely not be as messy as it is on my Highlifter.

Hello,

My membership to this forum was approved today.

I live in the mountains of Summit County, Colorado and have been a long time Toyota 4 Runner owner - have owned 5 different 4 Runners since 1987.

I belong to a 4-wheeling club which rolls mostly here in Summit County with annual multi day trips to Ouray, Telluride and Moab.

Everyone in our group except me drives a Jeep. The peer pressure to buy a Jeep from my fellow club members has been strong and incessant. I'll be honest, there have been some places where Jeeps could go that I couldn't in my Toyota. I felt left out.

Well, I finally yielded to the peer pressure and bought a Sarge Green 2024 Rubicon last month. Here it is..

I plan to do a number of modifications to my new ride, which I will likely post on one of the Sarge Green threads. Have been lurking on the Wrangler Forum since I bought the Jeep. It has been a tremendous resource and a great introduction to the world of Jeeping!

Hello All. Happy to join here. I’m a new owner of a 2024 4dr sport S. My last Jeep was a 2003 Rubicon. The new one is so much quieter and a much better ride.

Greetings all, just got my first Jeep.

Purchased an Unlimited Willy in Hydro Blue for my wife in 2021, fell in love with it. Got tired of borrowing it, so I now own a 2023 Wrangler Sahara in High Velocity yellow.

Jeep arrived on 12/10. My door, hood, cowl and tailgate hinge covers arrived this AM. My door, hood and name decals in the next week.

I'll keep the hard top on for the cold Ohio winter, then look to swap that out come spring!

Hi Everyone, owner of a 2021 Firecracker red JLR posting for the first time. My wife and I have done several Jeep Jamborees, but the 2024 Killbuck, OH Jamboree made us realize that it is time for some upgrades (oh no, too bad for us!!!). I joined to try to get some technical expertise on lift kits and tires before our next Jamboree at Penn's Woods, June 2025 (we can't wait).
