Hello from North Idaho! I am a long time Jeep owner, first time JL Owner. Ordered and received a 2021 Sting-Gray JLUR XR about a month ago.

Welcome and great looking Rubi. Not sure if this is an illusion, but seems like you have a little less clearance than I see from other XR's. Of course, you have a decent amount hanging on the front, but was also curious what engine/tranny combo you have. Are you loaded up with passengers or gear in this photo? Thanks!

Hi everyone! First time Jeep owner - super excited, just snagged a 2 Door 2022 Willys in Tuscadero Pink (which honestly is very cool in person, kind of like a black cherry raspberry color). Thanks to the incredible folks on this forum I have already installed mud flaps and side steps to prevent rock chips, ordered matte black hinge covers to protect the hinges, ordered a sunrider to replace the freedom panels (plus the spray to protect it), ordered the proximity handles kit (after verifying the 15th and 16th pins exist), and plan to grab the alpine audio upgrade kit w/ the subwoofer once the weather is nicer and I can work in the garage. Can’t say enough great things about the folks here and the advice you all give. Hope I can be of assistance some day too! ~Kevin

I ended up going with the 3.6 eTorque with the 8 speed auto. And yes, I have the typical amount of recover gear, tools, ice chest etc loaded in the Jeep. I was "so-so" on the fender flare extensions, so I removed them this past weekend. They were kinda growing on me, but I think my preference will be to keep them off. I thought the extensions would greatly improve the mud-slinging on the doors, etc. Nope, same amount as with my previous JK.

Back in the Jeep family. Previously had a 14 JKU but sold it a few years ago. My wife and I ordered this JKUR XR package back in December and it finally arrived this week. Picked it up yesterday. Glad to be back!

I've been lurking around here and there for a while, owned a 99 Cherokee and a Commander. I've wanted a Wrangler since I was a teenager. Figured now was the time, have a deposit on a JLU Sport Altitude with local dealer that's currently in transit. Could be here any day!

After a long wait, I finally have jumped into the Jeep world! I used to be in the Harley community (and may again someday), but this seemed the best way to go while being able to go out and have a good time with the whole family!

2021 JLU Rubicon XR and already looking to start the work. Already added Bulletpoint Solution’s dash mounting system, a tow hitch (OEM from the dealer), and have waiting for install the HF Badlands Apex 12k (need to get a winch plate).

Happy Trails!

Former Harley guy from PA as well, welcome to the club, get that roof and doors off (although PA frowns on the doors off) and you'll still get the wind in the hair and the occasional bug in the teeth! Almost as much fun as a bike for sure, and much nicer with the fam!

Greetings from the PNW! After lurking -and learning a bit- for a little over 2 years (albeit intermittently), I finally registered so I can ask some of those nagging pre-purchase questions still floating around in my head.

While I'll definitely be new to Jeep ownership, I'm not entirely new to the Jeep life. I think I've rented close to two dozen of 'em for vacations in the last 3 years. Most of those trips took/take place in southern UT. Even so, I'm always a good boy scout and bring 'em back in one piece. (am I in the minority with that?). That way, they let me keep renting 'em!

I've been a happy Miata owner since 2008 or so. Currently on my 3rd. They've certainly been the nicest and most reliable cars I've ever owned.

But I digress.....!

I'm also one of those guys who've been attracted to the Wrangler ever since first getting licensed back in the mid 70s. The dirt has been calling me for too many years and I don't wanna ignore it any longer. I ain't getting any younger, ya know! Stay tuned...

Hello from NYC! Got my first Jeep and first Wrangler on Saturday...and already took it to some trails on Sunday

2019 Sport with the 2.0 turbo. Having only ever rode in older JKs, this is such a big step up all around. I am really loving everything about it. I can't wait for it to get warm so I can take the roof and doors off!

Looking forward to learning a lot on the forums here, got a ton of useful information just lurking around already.

Hello from Manitoba, Canada. New member with a new 22 Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara with the 2.0. The wife did all the wheeling and dealing as I’m away at work, so real proud of her for that!! She’s very happy with it, and so are the three kids! I used to be in a Jeep when I had an 89 YJ Sahara.
Anyway, hoping to be able to throw a few mods on here and there. Been eyeing up the mopar 2” lift, and doing something with the stereo. Just picked it up today. My other ride is a 21 f150 I bought in November. Maybe a theme on the colour? ?

Well shoot. That didn’t take long. Started running like crap and had a misfire on cylinder 2. Engine light on, and injection malfunction detected. 279kms. At 11 last night. So I guess the dealer will have to pick it up cause we can’t drive it like that. Bummer. And I’m away at work so I can’t even look at it to see if it’s simple. I’ll let you guys and gals know what it ends up being.

Dealership called back. Jeep is on its way back home on the flat deck. It ended up being the number 2 injector harness was not clipped on all the way from the factory. Whew!! Easy fix. Expensive tow job for them back and forth.

2022 XR Rubicon
Hello from SW Michigan. We just picked up our rig on Friday. 22 JLU XR Rubicon in Hydro Blue. Had one on order, but found one with same specs and couldn't pass it up. Look forward to learning as much as possible from this group!

P.S.
Are there any Jeep clubs near SW MI?
