Just saying hello!

We bought our 4th & 5th Jeeps last week. Wrangler Sahara JLU & wife got a Cherokee Limited. We live in the mountains over looking the ski slopes & lodge so they are fun & practical!

Been a long time since I owned a Wrangler, it was a 98 TJ sport and I loved it. I just ordered a JLUR today from the dealership and super excited to get it but I guess it won’t be here for 6-8 weeks so that sucks I just wanted to say hi to everyone in the forums

Mojito was my 1st choice but my wife vetoed it. Sadly is wouldn't be very practical for 6 months of the year when our roads are covered in salt. I'm going with my 2nd choice of Billet Silver.

Pulling the trigger on a new 2019 Rubicon Unlimited for the wife. (25th Anniversary gift) my father had a brand new CJ-7 Golden Eagle in the late 70’s I had a brand new 1987 YJ in high school. My wife is absolutely in love with the new Rubicon with the sky one touch top so I am surprising her with a new white one that is on order. Now just keeping my fingers crossed that it arrives before our Anniversary on March 20th.

Just saying hello. I don't currently have a Jeep. I have family members and friends who have/had Jeep Wranglers. I've had fun riding in them but have never really wanted one of my own until I saw the JL. I haven't driven one, yet, but I really like the looks of the JL. Just researching and maybe will be an owner down the road. I've already read and have seen lots of great stuff on here!

Well, 11 days after this post I'm the proud owner of a 2018 JLU Sahara. Picked it up yesterday and love it.

Hey! Just took delivery of 2019 JLU Rubicon. Mojito!
This is my first four door. Kind of strange because I needed four door when my kid was around and had friends, etc to haul around. Back then only had two doors. Now I get the four door and I’ve got my dogs to haul around!
Started with my dads CJ5. I’ve had one of all the other body style plus a Commander. Wish they’d bring that back!

Hello to all the first time Jeepers. I have to say, I don’t know how everyone has the patience to order a Jeep and wait 6, 8, or more weeks to get theirs. I hunted high and low and luckily found what I was looking for an hour away. You all are stronger than me. My 4th Wrangler and by far the best. I’ve loved em all but am in awe every time I drive my JL. I hope everyone has the same feeling.
Just remember: “it’s a Jeep thing!”

The jeep has always been a dream daily driver of mine and it finally, finally happened. Meet Ducky. Not much had been done with her yet, however my plan is to have a tubular front and rear bumper set with a 7k+ winch, 37" tires & 2.5-3" lift and 18" wheels, roof and bumper light bars and upgraded rock + step bar. For aesthetic purposes, I plan on plastic dipping some of the chrome and grey internal materials to a satin black and colour matching Hellayella. The top is remain the soft top and I do want to add some cargo holders as I did remove the back seats 90% permanently.

If anyone had any suggestions to some materials, brands & suggestions, I'm absolutely open.

Going to be buying my first jeep. This will be for my wife. I stopped at a couple dealers on long island and they dont discount much at all.

Luckly i found this forum and see that there are dealers that
offer competitve pricing.
Just trying to figure out the order sheet and pricing that i downloaded from the forum and the whole order process.

I also joined tread lightly. Which i understand that it takes 30 days for the discount to apply.

Koons in Northern Virginia has a huge selection and a pretty good dealer to work with (Scott Wasserman). You could take the $99 bus down and then drive your new ride back home....
