Welcome to the Forum, from Cave Creek AZ..?Welcome back to the world of Jeeps..After owning five Jeeps in my life, going back to an '81 CJ7, I found myself Jeepless for the past three and a half years. It was driving me crazy. After looking for almost a year, I found one last Friday that had all the options I was looking for. Glad to be back.![]()

Welcome to the Forum, from Cave Creek AZ..When I first learned to drive I was checking the classifieds for a CJ. It was my dream ride. That dream never came true but, almost 25 years later, I just picked up a 22' JLURD. Bucket list item checked off!![]()

Welcome to the Forum, from Cave Creek AZ..After 3 decades jeepless, a new 2 door Rubicon gobi ordered on 5/5 and is already in production with expected delivery date of 6/20. Had a Bronco on order last year without any communication from Ford so I scrapped that idea. Will be great to be back in a jeep and topless. New in this forum as well.
Welcome to the Forum, from Cave Creek AZ..Hello everyone,
First time on a forum dedicated to anything not gun related. I've owned several jeeps over the years. My first was a '73 CJ5 with a V8 and 3 speed. Then I turned to the dark side with a 'FJ40 for a while. Both were fun and easy to work on.
Then my wife started the addiction again. Her first was a 2008 JK. All built up on 35's for a good price....too good of a price....because it was TWO WHEEL DRIVE! She didn't realize it. Who buys a jeep in 2-wheel? I mean really? She didn't care, she wasn't taking it off-road.
But after constant poking fun that it wasn't 4x4 she traded up to a 2012 JKU (white) that was as it should be...4x4. She traded that when she found her idea Wrangler. A 2014 (black) JKU on 37's. Both Rubicons. (Pic below side by side)
Then we bought a 2-door to play in. 2011 JK in that military looking tan. Not bad for $6k and 83k miles.
This past weekend it was my turn to rejoin the masses and found the JLU in the color I've always liked. 2020 Rubicon in Ocean Metallic Blue. (Pic won't upload)
Got plans for it but also have a small problem...the engine's a diesel. Aftermarket items are slower coming out and not as plentiful vs gas.
Sooo...I've got a few more months till I get back from deployment and until then I'll be lurking on here learning about my new Jeep I haven't even drove and deciding what mods to do first.
See you on the trails!
