Intermittent wiper problems

I have a 2019 Wrangler, When i turn on my wipers they work, after a while the stop working or start dragging across the windshield.... If i put them on high they work great and always work. . After running them on high for about a minute I can go back to intermittent.

Thoughts ?

A direction you might not be thinking of, are you still running on your OEM batteries?
When batteries fail on a JL they unleash all sorts of bizarre electrical gremlins. Wipers are very commonly involved in this strange behavior.

Both batteries were replaced, I did the main and the dealer did the aux
