Our 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL started having problems with the OEM Heated Seats where it would intermittently turn itself off. The amount of time it would stay on was completely random from time to time so I started doing some research and thanks to @Rhinebeck01 he helped me figure out that the fix was to replace the cushion and back heated seat pads with new Mopar pads. I made a video of the process to share with you all so you can see how to open up the seat and replace the pads yourself. This isn't the easiest DIY, but if you pick up some Hog Ring Pliers and a bunch of Hog Rings it's very doable.
