On mine it only affects the already very, very dim door handle lights. It is a waste of a switch.
It’s almost equivalent to a blank switch for us sport owners

That seems to be the same case here. And I fully agree. Just put them all on the same dimmer and be done.
Regardless, I’m pleased to know what it does and that it does work.

EMRC sounds great! I had (he passed) a buddy who twice parked his vehicle high in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado to go backpacking. Both times the marmots ate the insulation off of all his wiring. For the rest of his life he'd only park near or above timberline if he could put about 10 bags of mothballs in the engine compartment.
