Interior and exterior LED strips

I'm looking to add 2 strip LED lights under the dash (one on driver side and one on the passenger side) and 2 strips in the under belly (outside). Can someone recommend a good waterproof set that can wire all 4 strips together.

Also, how to I wire this so when my headlights are on, the strip lights go on...is there an easy way to connect to the headlight fuse?
