2021 Eco. Last month it left my wife stranded on the interstate when the hot side hose slipped the clamp. I fixed it and found ALL four hose clamps loose. They’re regular hose clamps, nothing special.
tonight I rechecked them, and I got turns on all of them again.
Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone replace the clamps with better than cheap hose clamps? I couldn’t find a TSB related to it.

Several assembly mishaps (loose fuses, wire looms and heat shields not properly aligned, ect) such as this seem to be more common in the 21, 22 and 23 models. Which appear to be a human assembly error during the peck of the epidemic that cursed the country. Maybe that's why there's spring steel constant tension style hose clamps found in so many places on a automobile. They are a pia to get off and on but have the exact proper tension required to stay in place. The adjustable should have some type of torque setting.. It might not be as simple as loose or tight, by ones interpretation. The situation which occurred with your wife was obviously loose. Curious what the proper tightness should be and is there such a thing as overly tight.

I guess I’ll have to call the stealership and ask them about it. They loosen enough that I can get a full turn on the screw. The interstate mishap was a little over a month ago, and they were all loose again last night. I’m thinking about swapping them all to the t-bolt style with locking nuts and tension springs.

Of course everything is plastic, but I tighten them to the point I can’t get any more movement without breaking something. I’m guessing vibration is causing them to back off.
