No, the pitch and roll are independent of the radio. Mine worked with the base 5 inch radio.

Looks great. How did you remove the bezel from the steering wheel? I took the airbag off and didnt see any screws... TIA

This is very cool. I am planing to do this swap now. If I buy a similar cluster out of a Sport S with multimedia package (not rubicon or sahara), will off-road pages work on this cluster? I have the off road pages app activated on my 8.4 which is swapped out of a rubicon.

One thing that does not work on my 8.4 is altitude and location does anyone know how to activate it?
