Instrument Cluster lights dimming/going out

Anyone having an issue with their instrument panel lights going out or dimming? Mine seems to do it more often in the rain. Must be a short or bad connector. Took it to the dealership but they could not find the issue. I was told to bring it back during a rain. This is an intermittent issue which they don’t seem to enthusiastic to deal with. Even my radio will go out and the clock gets screwed up.
