Reset "Turn Signal Lights Out"?

I installed some aftermarket LED turn signals. As expected they stop working about 5 min after the install. I then had it flashed at the dealership (in addition to proximity locks) and they are working. However, I get the "turn signal lights out" message so I now I know I need load resistors. I get those installed and now the message won't go away. I know the load resistors are installed correctly (they get hot when only the indicator is on).

Just for trouble shooting, I temporary installed one of the old turn indicators and I still get the message, yet it's just blinking just fine. Any ideas on how to reset this message? Oh, I did disconnect the battery for 10 minutes as well.

I accidentally sliced the wire to the LF light when installing some fender vent lights and even after I fixed it took some time before the computer figured out that they were working again and the warning went away.
