Unlikley but the front is only held on with 8 bolts that are relatively easy to get to. Just watch the wiring for the fogs. Alot more room, which would likely make the install quicker overall.

It might be possible. However I just installed a Warn 10s platinum on my factory steel bumper, it was easy to take the bumper off and back on. I did it by myself.

Recently installed Warn Xeon 10S with factory steel bumper. Easy to remove bumper, fit on Mopar winch plate no issues. Tight fit but looks great. 4 inside the frame bolts we chelenging but with patience wasn’t an issue.

It's not difficult. I removed the bumper and installed a winch plate and winch without help, and I am 79. Without taking the bumper off I don't see how you could torque the bolts down correctly.

I figured out a way using a line wrench. I go over it at the end of my Grimm Offroad winch plate install video. Link to my channel is in my sig below if you’re curious.

I doubt you could get the winch into place with the bumper on. Better question is how/ why did a winch plate get installed without a winch? The bumper has to come off to install the plate, the plate does nothing without a winch, so who/how/ why was it taken apart to do half the job and put back together?
